In ageing populations, enabling people to work longer in good health is one of the most important challenges. In our research, we aim to identify the risk factors for poor health in working populations, to determine the specific role of health in entering and maintaining paid employment, and to design and evaluate preventive interventions thta contribute to a longer working life in good health.
