ERIM Ph.D. Series Research in Management

ERIM PhD Series Research in Management includes doctoral dissertations defended at the Erasmus University in the following domains of management: Logistics & Information Systems, Organisation & Innovation, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, and Strategy. The authors have undertaken their PhD research at the Erasmus Research Institute of Management (ERIM) under the supervision of distinguished professors from the Rotterdam School of Management(RSM) and the Erasmus School of Economics(ESE).

The Erasmus Doctoral Programme in Business and Management is a five year programme organized by ERIM and focused on developing academic talent. The main goal of the doctoral programme is to enable promising students with the ambition to become a researcher to acquire a pole position on the international academic career market; in particular, to achieve a competitive profile and to become part of the next generation of faculty at the top business schools in the worlds.
