Managing innovation process: A structured, simulation-based approach

This chapter draws on practical experience of innovation. It presents a structured simulation-based approach to the management of innovation which draws on practice at Inpaqt. The authors propose five levels of innovation capability maturity in innovation capability. They then describe a set of e-learning modules covering the innovation process from the perspective of both innovator and manager.
