Anogenitale dermatosen bij ouderen

In elderly patients, certain dermatoses are more prevalent than in the general population. They often cause itch and in some cases cause pain and/or a burning sensation. This article discusses both rare conditions like Zoon's balanitis and extramammary Paget's disease and more prevalent dermatoses like eczema, lichen sclerosus, lichen planus, lichen simplex and the premalignant conditions VIN and AIN.
