Hora Est! and Beyond: 100 ERIM PhD Alumni Careers

Since its foundation, ERIM has provided a PhD programme meant as a vehicle for the early academic careers of new, excellent scholars in the field of management. Building on a long tradition of doctoral education at both the School of Management and the School of Economics, the programme became an integral part of ERIM's strategy in 1999. The ERIM PhD Series started in 2000. In line with the targets of the Bologna process, it aims to provide a high -quality doctoral education and beter career opportunities for young researchers, encouraging interest in research as a possible career path. The strong link between education and research, the focus on students' individual needs and skills, the international outlook of the programme, and the investment of the programme alumni highly feasible. Today, the Erasmus Doctoral Programme in Business and Management offerd by ERIM integrates the Master of Philosophy in Business Research and the PhD Programme in Business and Management. Currently, about 125 doctoral students from more than 15 countries are enrolled in the programme.
