Council of State of Belgium and the Ban on Wearing Religious Symbols at Public Schools (The Headscarves Judgement)

The Belgian Council of State has ruled that the Circular 2013/1/omz, which aimed to ban wearing religious symbols at public schools is not compatible with the limiting grounds of article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
