Laparoscopic versus open live donor nephrectomy in renal transplantation

We read with interest the article of Chang et al, “Treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis: T4 level compared with T3 and T2” published in the Annals of Surgery. Based on their study, the authors concluded that the best level for sympathetic ablation for palmar hyperhidrosis is T4 (ETS4), and that patient satisfaction decreased gradually as time goes on no matter what level of sympathetic ganglion was transected.
