In recent years, legal information has become available digitally. With that, the importance of these sources that can be consulted online has increased tremendously. For practicing lawyers and for law school students, ‘legal databanks’ often have become the primary source of information. A major disadvantage of the multitude of available digital sources is these sources cannot be used and searched in a uniform way.
This paper describes new technologies, such as content integration and intelligent interfaces, to get the most out of digital legal sources.
