Nederlandse meticilline resistente Staphylococcus aureus van onbekende origine
The primary aim of this thesis is to map the magnitude of the presence of MRSA of Unknown Origin (MUO), elucidate MUO’s risk factors and/or transmission routes.
While the secondary aim is to find out whether MUO carriers carried different MRSA strains compared to MRSA strains of MRSA carriers with known risk factors (MKO).
