Signaaltransductie Routes in Chronische Lymfatische Leukemie
In this thesis we describe studies that aim to unravel the role of B-cell intrinsic factors (such as B cell receptor signaling) and extrinsic factors (such as signaling induced by CD40L, which is expressed on activated T cells) in the pathogenesis of the chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
