This corrigendum serves to clarify how the Hessian matrix should be correctly implemented. In the original article, equation (12), which contained the error, gives implementation details about the canonical form of the Hessian matrix. Specifically, the error made concerns a missing constant c1 in the formula for computing the Hessian matrix. The correct formula is given by equation (1). ∇ x2 ∫ = c1QTQ+c2wwT (1).
