Ablative lasertherapy has become a routine procedure in daily practice in dermatology. Fractional and non-fractional ablative lasers are applied for numerous cosmetic and medical indications. Since the introduction of the fractional ablative laser, the downtime has been reduced and laser-assisted drug delivery is an exciting potential application.
