The Listed Company, Corporate Governance and Strategy: On the balance of power between the management board and the general meeting of the listed company, in particular regarding strategic matters
This thesis explores the balance of power between the managament board and the general meeting of the listed company. The research covers how that balance plays out when addressing strategic matters, how this fits into the Dutch stakeholdermodel and what future perspectives can lead to a reconciliation between the company model and the governance model.
