In this teaching case, students attempt to find a viable solution to Coen van Oostrom's problem of conflict between Coen van Oostrom's conflicting groups of employees: Group 1 of traditional real estate employees, and Group 2 of tech-oriented employees. Introductory literature in the fields of human resources management, corporate culture, and personnel leadership have been given as part of this case. Students will use these readings to craft their respective potential solutions to the case, and refer back to them in the plans that they make.
