This thesis focuses on development and risk factors of dysthyrhmia, in particular atrial fibrillation, in patients with congenital heart disease. Furthermore, with oud unique epicarial mapping methods we investigated conduction across Bachmann's bundle, a bundle of parallel orientated muscle fibers between the right and left atrium, and it's potential role in development of atrial fibrillation.
