Bruton’s tyrosine kinase signalering in gezondheid en ziekte: een moleculair perspectief
In this thesis, we studied the role of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (Btk) in B cells. We specifically investigated the role of different receptor signaling pathways in which Btk is involved and the contribution of Btk signaling to the development of leukemia and autoimmune disease.
