Psoriasis and atopic eczema

A 34 year old man with atopic eczema since early childhood and adult onset psoriasis has been treated for both conditions in our outpatient clinic since he was a baby. His psoriasis and eczema were mostly not active at the same time but sometimes flared simultaneously.Both conditions were always difficult to treat. This shows that the immunological ThI/ThI7 axis and Th2/ThI7 axis can be present simultaneous.
