In this chapter, we present the recent findings concerning miRNA-regulated networks in normal myelopoiesis, and how aberrant miRNA expression and activity may lead to hematopoietic malignancies. This chapter will give new insights into how this knowledge may contribute to the development of new therapeutics in the AML treatment.
