Dutch Hypospadias Study Group, a vision on quality measurement: In 2009 the ‘Dutch Hypospadias Study Group’ initiated a multicenter study to evaluate and possibly improve the outcomes of hypospadias surgery. This article describes the design of this study, the main outcomes of the interim analyses and my personal vision on quality measurement, transparency, certification and quality improvement.
