Does remote working really work?
Over the past 20 years, the internet and wireless communications
have made it progressively easier for people to work outside the office.
Census data from the USA and the European Union show that respectively 23 and 15 per cent of employees telework at least “some of the time”. But does teleworking actually improve performance?
