In a previous paper (Vlaanderen 1990), I have tried to show the problems that are involved in knowledge acquisition. The transfer between human knowledge and knowledge nases for expert systems seems to be a fundamental and also a difficult proces in knowledge ingineering. Feigenbaum (1977) gave his name to this problem. Feigenbaum's Bottleneck.
